Bug

We call him our little Bug. Dallin is now 10 weeks old and getting so big. he smiles alot for us. And well he is finally sleeping all night from about 11 to 7 thank goodness, It has made the days alot better for us. This weekend we visited great grandma and grandpa chambers and played at uncle shauns house all day saterday. We went out to dinner and bowling with kip, jessica, casey, and julie saterday night that was a ton of fun.

Dad took him for a rzr ride from the front yard out to the back I think he liked it.

Christmas

Our Christmas was wonderful. It was full of smiles and joy!!!
Santa did find our house I got a wonderful video camera and birthstone necklace.
Justin got some stuff for the rzr and snowmobile boots, tools and clothing.
yes of course santa found Dallin too. He got a Bronco Mobile for his crib and bath toys.

We spent the day with Family eating and playing. It was a wonderful Baby's 1st christmas.

Dallin Dean Has finally arrived. Wednesday night December 16th, @ 8:38. He was 6lb 9oz and 19 1/2 inches long.

I had a very good experience the whole entire pregnancy was great for me and so was the delivery part of it. I truly work in the best office in the whole entire world they all took great care of me. and the doctors are the best. I had to decide if I wanted to go to the hospital around 2 on that wednesday and get going with my I V and stuff of she gave me the option to stay at work where I was comfortable until justin got there. So I did. Once justin got there we went to the hospital around 5 and had a baby at 8:38 truly amazing. I had the best nurse in the whole entire world too whom I have known for a long time. I consider my doctor my Friend, my Sister, my Boss, all of the above she was awsome and made it all seem fine. and it was

Justin was the best partner for this whole experience. He did great he kinda got a little fainty about the epidural but other then that he was a great husband and dad. He changed almost all the diapers I did one or two. and well took care of the little guy while I rested up. Daddies little pride and joy for sure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And when we got home it has been the same Justin holds him all the time and changes his bumb. Thanks babe for being a great dad and hubby.

After being there for two nights we got to go home. yippy!!!!!!!!! We was so excited to take him home and show him his cool room and all the fun stuff that it is you do.

Baby Shower

Thank you to all that came to my baby shower it was alot of fun.. We got tons of fun stuff!!!!!!
Thanks a million annette for all the decorations and the huge diaper cake wow that was alot of work taking apart I can't imagine putting it together, and the moms and sisters for doing the food and drinks I appreciate it alot.

I couldn't believe the turn out I had especially when the weather turned out to be so horrible. The Snow was flying like crazy and the roads where slick for alot coming from up north.

Thank you so much to all my friends, Family, And Co-workers It was a wonderful shower and I hope you all enjoyed.

Now the putting away of things hmm hmm. where to put it all.

Grandma Anderson made an awsome Caterpillar quilt, and she also bought us the crib.
Grandma Foxley made alot of darling blankets, and burp clothers and toys with a jumper.

my coworkers got me an awsome monitor with a ton of diapers and wipes I am set for a while.

Besides the weather it was a wonderful day. And Justin was even in and out to enjoy the company of most of you to see what all he gets to put together.

Family

To think I got married 8 years ago and now we are going to start our own family a baby on the way it really has me thinking about my family and just where I came from. I must say I always remember growing up with my two older brothers Chad and Shaun. I followed them around everywhere and had to do everything they ever did. Almost all of my fun childhood memories are with my older brothers, I must say they let me do alot with them. I still to this day look up to bolth of them.

We lived with my mom in the Valley I must say She did a great job raising us. Look we turned out to be quite a good looking family. She is a great mom!

As Kids we would spend our summers with our dad. There are many memories of the horse races as we would spent all of our summer days at the track. I have a wonderful step mom Janice and a totally awsome little brother Dustin. Who now is my little but bigger brother. He is the coolest little brother a sister could ever have.

Well it all started with two and now Justin and I are so ready to add our First to our family. I am counting down the days and can't wait to add on a new family photo with our baby

The Nursery

It has been so much fun putting together a room for the baby. When we tell everyone we are doing it in black and white we get some strange reactions for the black part but I must Say I am loving it. Justin did almost all of the work I tried to help but I really wasn't much help at all. I was to short to tape the ceiling and the bead board well it was just a mans job. I helped paint the bottom. But a big thanks to my babe for doing most of it.

Janice brought her cricket with her when they came up from Arizona for my grandma's wedding so we made some stickers for the walls.

overall we are just a little bit excited to have it all together. The crib is coming next week. whahoo!!!!

We are going to use Grandpa Wakefields Baby Buggy that his mother used when he was a kid for our bassinet I couldn't resist when I seen it.

Back to Dance

The dancing has began. I am so excited to have started dance for this year. I was kinda wondering if I would be up to it with a belly and all but it really didn't effect me I still was able to do everything I needed to do. I really really enjoy seeing all the girls return plus getting new girls is so much fun. I can't wait for our first performance come christmas time.

Pregnancy

So far I am really enjoying the whole pregnancy thing, I know it is kinda strange to be excited about gaining weight and getting a big belly but it really is fun stuff to feel him inside moving around. Justin was able to feel him moving for the first time last week and he thought that was pretty cool too. Sometimes I wonder what is going on in there, or what the little guy is thinking.

Hard times

We recently lost Justins Grandpa Wakefield, I have to say it was the hardest thing he and I have ever gone through. It was sudden and unexpected and I am not sure if that is better then knowing for a while or not. We did get to say our goodbyes and we spent the last two days at his side with all the family. I have to say that Justin has the most amazing family in the entire world. They are so strong and close.


Justin had a special hunt with his grandpa this year they was going to go out to grouse creek together to shoot some big bucks. We still plan on going and getting a very big buck just for gramps.
We are deeply saddened that grandpa never got a chance to meet our baby here on earth however we know he has met him before we have now, and i am kinda scared for what he might be teaching him. My promise to you grandpa we will wake our boy up in the mornings every now and then with that tarzan call you do so well. And I will make sure justin gives him whisker rubs every now and then just for you. While in the hospital Justin put grandpas hand on my belly and the baby kicked it was so special to bolth of us.



Grandpa taught us many great things. He was all about helping others, Hard work, and spending time with his family. We have many great memories of grandpa.
We will truly miss him. Grandpa you will be in our hearts forever and always.

garden

I love spending time outside in the yard planting flowers, and garden and this year the garden did really well. We had lots of peas, corn, peppers, jalapenos, and now tomatos. Justin even did his own garden back behind the barn, he planted some corn and peas and they are doing awsome too. Then there is the annoying apricot tree in the front yard that produces millions of apricots that I don't even like they fall on the ground I mow them over and the dogs and birds enjoy them. But my co-workers are enjoying them.

Summer Fun

Well I am 16 weeks along It is going by so fast kinda crazy. We have started cleaning out our spare rooms, so that we can decorate a room soon. It's a Boy This picture was taken at 13 weeks. WAY TO MUCH FUN HE SAYS HELLO!

The fourth of July was a blast it has to be my favorite holiday of all. I enjoy doing the parade with all my dance girls even if a ton of them are missing because they are out of town, and the performance in the park is always fun. Then I spent the rest of the day having a blast, eating snowcones yum yum. watching justing in the atv polo derby with kip, they did okay for their first time. Enjoying seeing the family in the valley and going to the horse races in evanston. Finishing the day off with fireworks in liberty.

We got a shelf done that I have had in mind for a long time. I am so happy with the results

I have been sneeking over to my moms house and Picking Raspberries mmm mmm mmm my favorite they are so yummy I hope to have a yard full someday. Thank You so much Mom for letting me have your berries.

We have just been up to a little bit of everything this summer besides work. We went camping and fishing with friends in the Uintahs and that was a blast

Sandiego

We recently went to Sandiego with my Dad and Family. It was a ton of fun and perfect weather. The first day we got there I told my family that I was expecting a baby that was fun, then we headed out to a beach. We went over a really big bridge to Coronado Island and played on the beach all day. Justin, Shaun and My little bro Dustin played in the ocean on boogie boards. The water was a little on the cold side. We made sandcastles and had a great time. Then on Friday we went to SeaWorld all day seen lot of fun shows and animals Yep we got splashed I guess that is what you get when you sit in the Zone that says SPLASH ZONE. Saterday we went to a wildlife park and seen lots of animals and had a great time looking at lots of stuff. Finished the day off with a drive past Del Mar race track hoping to scope it out but the fair was going on so we didn't really get to see it. Drove to the Sandiego Temple it was so beautiful!! Sunday was our last day to enjoy all day there we walked around Seaport Village in and out of all the fun shops and toured the USS MIDWAY that was really interesting to see and it is sooooooo BIG. we finished that day off with a tour around seaworld on a Splash of the Seal tour that took us out into the water. Over all we had a ton of fun of course we played some pinnachle and had some laughes in the rooms. Thank you dad so much for the fun and memorable Vacation.

telling the family and friends

Telling the family that we are expecting was just as much fun as finding out. Of course my coworkers all found out first being I work at my doctors office. I had a ultrasound at week 6 and we heard the heart beat that was so amazing to Justin and I. I found out on Justins Birthday so that made a good present for him. Everyone kept asking him how his birthday present was gonna be better then his easter and It was , he just couldn't say anything yet being I wanted to waite until I was a little further along to tell anyone.

It was really a hard secret to keep from friends and family especially when all of us girls on the wakefield side had a girls weekend the week after we found out. Yes I knew and still went down the stairs on my belly in a sleeping bag like I was superman. hehe can't break the girls tradition.

Even harder we knew and didn't say a thing when we was out at grouse creek with the entire family and almost everyone asked us how much longer we are gonna waite, or are we ever gonna adopt, or just giving us advice to stand on my head and all the good stuff.

we had the second ultrasound at week 10 it was fun to hear the heart beat again and see the stubby arms and legs moving. So far everything is looking good so I guess I am okay with telling everyone. We told my brother that was fun, we told my friend Shelly she is excited to see me when I get a belly, told kip and jess, my mom and grandma, and then we had a big family party for Deans 50th b-day and told justins entire family I have to say they had the best reaction with screams and tears.


After the birthday party we then called alot of
people to tell them the news. Aunts and uncles
friends and close cousins. Then we Just sent out
a mass text to alot of others. It was a fun night.

Anyway we couldn't be anymore excited about anything in the world right now. My due date is December 30, 2009. Happy new Year to us. And I have been very lucky haven't been sick at all. I probley just jinxed myself.

bbq

Adam, Brooke, and Justin

We got together with some old friends from high school that we hadn't seen for a while and had a great bbq. We enjoyed playing games, talking about old times, eating great food, and playing with all the kids. it amazes me how big some of the kids are and that our friends actually have 9 year olds. Great times hope to do it again.

Thanks Kip and Jess for going and getting most of the stuff. You guys are the Greatest.

Grouse Creek

Grouse Creek this year was a blast as it always is! We did a little bit of everything with everyone. The friday night when we got there we had some of grandmas delicious chilli and then had a camp fire. I was able to roast my starburst and justin made me some perfect marshmellows mmm mmm good. We slept in our enclosed trailor that we call the mobile home. This year was the first year kids didn't come down and wake us up first thing in the morning so we almost missed breakfast thanks to a great mother in law she saved us some.

Saturday we packed up the razor and went up past the old Deer Coral and hunted for arrow heads I never find them but the hiking and just being outdoors in the mountains was great. We was out all day in the side by sides there was twelve outfits all together it was a really cool site to see when we was all going along a ridge or up a hill.

Sunday We did pretty much the same thing loaded up and went all day in the mountains. Hunted for antlers and Justin shot his gun for the first time and sighted it in. He hit the bulls eye right in the middle so hopefully he can shoot me a big buck this year. Later that night we played what if with everyone. got laughing so hard we was all crying and giggling..

Monday came around way to fast. We was able to go on a short ride. I rode my Dirt bikes around a little bit and then we played atv polo derby way to much fun but violent. I cant wait to go again next year. Or sometime before then.
